Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure your accommodation. 
  Deposits must be received no later than 14 days after booking

• For bookings made within 2 days of arrival, full payment by credit card is required at the time of booking

• Balance of payment for accommodation is required on arrival.  No refunds after arrival

• Access card deposit is payable on arrival (for entry and exit to park)

Bookings and Cancellations

• Prices are subject to change - please contact the office on 02 4457 1065 to confirm pricing

• The management endeavours to hold the site or accommodation booked, however, reserve the right to transfer a booking should the occasion arise

• Cancellations:

  • less than 30 days notice, loss of deposit

  • 30 days or more notice, a $22 cancellation fee is payable,   the balance is refunded

Check in - Check out

• Check in:

  • cabins - after 2pm on day of arrival

  • camping -after 12 noon on day of arrival

• Check out - before 10am on day of departure

Office Hours

• 8:00am to 5:30pm

• Be sure to make prior arrangements if arriving outside these times

Accommodation Facilities

All accommodation is fully equipped with two or three bedrooms (one with queen bed), bathroom, kitchen with microwave, TV, DVD or video player and all linen is supplied.  Most cabins have a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning and full stove with oven.   All cabins have a verandah with outdoor setting and BBQ.  See Accommodation pages for further details.
